1st Class Delivery UK shipping:

All UK Shipping is a flat rate of £2.99 1st Class delivery. Please allow up to 3 days to receive your order once dispatched.
Products in stock will usually be dispatched within 48 hours.
If you need your item/s sooner then we can arrange for next day delivery (if the item is in stock) at a flat rate charge of £7.99 Please call or email us to arrange this (emails and voice mails are picked up regularly)

Your order will be shipped once:
i) Payment has been approved.
ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.
iii) If you have ordered an item from a waiting list it will be shipped once the merchandise is in stock.

In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which all three of these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.

Deliveries outside the UK are made by Royal Mail International and a signature is required for their receipt. A cost of £7.99 is charged for Europe and £15.00 for the USA. Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed. We are only able to deliver to the billing address of the credit or debit card.
